Readying a product for out-licensing

A critical part of all licensing activity is to present potential partners with a non-confidential “teaser” and then provide a confidential prospectus that allows the partner to evaluate the opportunity positively and with confidence.  

David has prepared a number of company and product prospectuses that have been used in discussions leading to successful licensing and collaborative deals and he knows how to present material to appeal to both commercial and technical management.
